Time: 12 Weeks duration. Participant will need to nominate approximately one half day each week to complete tasks and questions
Cost: $30 a session, payments made and sessions delivered as you go
Note: I also ask for a $30 registration fee which will double as the cost of your final session. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Fee option: Discount for up front payment: $280 ($80 less) for those who need to pay in advance to commit to the program
What you get:
· Personal emotional coaching and support from me via email every week, you may also schedule one half hour Skype/phone session if desired
· Introduction video with comprehensive information on managing feelings and enhancing life/creative flow
· 12 Sessions come with 12 instructional videos, 12 comprehensive PDF with specific art activities to connect to the emotional self and awaken your creativity.
· Emotional development questions sets for personal assessment, emotional insight and growth
· Certificate of completion at the end of the 12 weeks with a personal letter from me outlining thoughts and suggestions for further artistic and emotional expression/evolution based on our interaction throughout the course.
· Introduction PDF and video outlining warm up tasks and relaxation techniques, information on healing modalities, phone numbers, websites etc. Spoken relaxation/visualisation video to tune you into your calm centre ready for art play and exploration.
